And yet another update of "I have no life anymore", although that's not entirely true. Actually, although I'm busy with school (which I am starting to get sick of... good thing I've only got about another year and a half until my master's and then I should hopefully be done with school for good) and work (which I am surprisingly not getting sick of), I've found time to geek over Laurel and Hardy, the movie Cloudy with a Chance of Meatballs (which is seriously an AWESOME movie, and if you haven't seen it yet you definitely should), and Disney's upcoming Princess and the Frog (I've already bought two books for it, which spoiled the ending but made me if anything even MORE excited to actually see the movie in December... oh, and Prince Naveen is my new animated crush and Naveen/Tiana is my new OTP FOR LIFE). I also managed to get my Hey Arnold fic finished and posted!
[link] Good thing, too, because I still have no time, and now no desire, to write at the moment.

I got an email a few days ago asking me to set up a time to interview for a job as a library aide at one of the Omaha public libraries.

I've had to find someone to cover my work schedule for me at the grocery store, but I'm going to get interviewed for it tomorrow. Please pray for me/wish me luck/send me good karma/whatever! It would be AMAZING if I could get this job, seeing as I'm actually going to school to be a librarian and having some actual experience working in a library would help me out in my classes immensely. Plus, two jobs equals more money, which is always good. (It would be part-time, and so is my current job, so I could manage it. Maybe. It'll probably mean I'll be working around fifty to sixty hours a week, though. GOODBYE FREE TIME!)
So, again, no, I probably won't be posting any artwork for the foreseeable future. Not only do I have no time, but every time I try to draw, I look at what other people here on DA are drawing, and they're often so amazing that they just discourage me, rather than inspire me. I can never draw as good as so many other people here, so why bother trying? (A similar thing happens to me when I go to play the piano but my brother plays completely amazingly beforehand, and then berates himself for how much it sucks. YOU WANT SUCKY, LISTEN TO ME, LITTLE BROTHER!)
(cough)
Have a great November, and happy Thanksgiving to my fellow Americans. See you in a month!

I'm The Sprite Video Princess!!
I worked in a library while I was in college. Honestly, I can say it was one of the most relaxing, fun and enjoyable jobs I ever had. I wouldn't mind doing it again.
Ooh, must go read fic. ^^
Also, I can totally understand not having any time for anything. I have been there and lately I am really surprised I have been doing so much myself.
I sooooo want to see The Princess and the Frog! I can't wait till next month either.
Good luck again and hang in there. ^_^

We only have about a month and a half left to wait for The Princess and the Frog! ...But I still think the wait's gonna kill me.

I know!! I want to check out the books too, but I don't want to ruin the movie for me. But I am having trouble resisting.
