The home stretch

First off, the obligatory OMG DA'S GOT A NEW LAYOUT. It looks like crap on this computer, but it's got a tiny screen resolution, so ask me my full opinion on it when I'm able to go online on my widescreen laptop again. ;) I do like how I can see the thumbnails of deviations even though I'm not subscribed.

Anyway, this week sucked majorly, because of tests and nasty weather and homesickness and all that. But we're totally done now, yesterday was absolutely gorgeous and Kate and I took a nice two-and-a-half hour walk... oh yeah, and we leave for Buenos Aires tomorrow and we fly back to Chicago on Friday night and we'll be in America early Saturday morning! Which means NEXT TIME I UPDATE THIS JOURNAL I WILL BE HOOOOOOOME!!!111!ELEVEN

I'm getting excited about that, obviously. :XD: Those of you who read my LJ will know that I made a list of things I'm going to do when I get home... just a few more days!

Ahem, anyways, the new layout is kinda spiffy - it sure makes it easier to organize my inbox. Yay for seeing what people want to say to you! That way you can respond to the nice comments first, and the passion-fueled hatemail later. :lol:

Well, I did call out a Mary-sue artist recently. Except she wasn't even really an artist - she just used ms paint to colour over someone else's drawings. Seriously, she used the same picture for two supposed "characters", one for Kung Fu Panda, the other for The Three Caballeros. Needless to say, she wasn't happy about my comments, and I got called a "betch" for the first time. :XD: I think she actually deleted the drawings.

Anyways! Moving off of that cheerful topic, LickyxGos at the beach? Sounds like fun! I'll come up with something. :plotting:
