Well, I don't really have that much to say this week. I've been writing more in that fanfic--I'm at around 31,000 words now. What sucks, though, is that I've got two weeks of classes left and three big research projects that I need to get done... but since all I want to do is write this darn fanfic (which STILL has very little plot), I've only just barely started on them. And by "barely started" I mean "decided what my topic's going to be"!

I haven't been home for awhile, but I'm anxious to go back, because... Mom adopted a dog! A seven-year-old black lab named Amos. I met him over spring break--Mom was totally enamored with him, but she wanted to wait to adopt him until after she got back from her camping trip. She was worried someone might adopt him while she was gone, but no one did--the people at the animal shelter said that my mom was pretty much the only one who had any interest in him. So anyway, I have a new little brother now. He's the sweetest thing, too--he cuddles like you wouldn't believe! When I go home next (not for another two weeks), I'll try to post a picture.
