I finally got those papers done--the longer one on Sunday night, and the shorter one at about 1:30 Monday afternoon... about four hours before it was due! See, I'm on top of things.

I can't guarantee that they're great, though... in fact, to be honest I'll be happy (and surprised) to get a B in either of those classes. (I did get a 99% on my psych paper, though, so that's good.)
I only had three finals, and I was done with them by Wednesday. I had to stay until Saturday, though, because I'm an RA and had to get people checked out of their rooms. Let me tell you--those two and a half days were WONDERFUL. After spending the last week or so doing nothing but writing papers, it was great to just play the Sims 2 all day. (Literally.)
On Saturday I stayed for the college graduation. I got roped into being a flag carrier for it, and besides, Mom wanted to see the ceremony anyway. (She's preparing for next year, looking for the best seat and what the ceremony's like and stuff.) I thought it was kind of silly for Mom to go, seeing as she didn't know anyone who was graduating. I knew some of them, though, obviously. And wow, hard to imagine it'll be ME next year.

So I got back here yesterday afternoon-ish, and have been spending most of this morning packing for Argentina. I fly out of Omaha at 4:25 (PM, thank God) on Tuesday to Chicago, and from there embark on a freakin'
eleven hour flight to Buenos Aires. And, just to inform you all of how I'm feeling right now...
I'M FREAKIN' NERVOUS AS ALL GET OUT!I'm going to be spending two months in a country that's an eleven hour plane flight away, I don't speak the language very well, I'm going to be staying with people I don't know, I'm going to be taking advanced grammar classes
in Spanish...
Ahem. Getting a little panicky here.

I know I'll have a good time when I get there, though. It's just the anticipation (and worry that goes along with it) that's going to be the death of me.
Although I AM happy to report that, thanks to Mom's help, I'm nearly completely packed now... hopefully I won't have overweight luggage, but we might be cutting it close.

Also, tonight my nieces are staying with us... and since I just bought the "Classic Caballeros Collection" on DVD, I intend on watching "The Three Caballeros" (best movie EVAH) with them tonight.

When I update next week, I'll be in Argentina! So until then... ¡hasta luego!

Sorry, I don't mean to sound bossy or anything. But unlike you, I don't have the patience or the resilience to keep myself at bay until the next chapter is posted.
